The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission/EHRC invited national human rights stakeholders’ to attend a consultation meeting at its Head Office, in Addis Ababa.

EIHR met with the UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of opinion and expression at UNECA in Addis Ababa. The meeting is organized in the context of the Special Rapporteur’s official visit to examine the situation of the rights to freedom of opinion and expression in the country.

EIHR attended the stakeholders’ consultation on the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission/EHRC reform agenda, which is organized by the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission and OHCHR-EARO.
